It took two attempts at customer support to learn you were experiencing issues with Mastercard payment processing (ability to send money). The first rep could have saved me a lot of time.
Rather then spending significant time online, it would have been better if the rep offered to email back or if the app had the ability to alert customers of service issues so we didnt need to talk to a rep

I was trying to speak with someone concerning the status of my fundz sent to Kenya...I think I accidentally sent more fundz than I intended to...I only wanted to send $50...yet the recipient says she hasn't received it yet, & I sent the money 3 days ago!
