So the number given goes to a bank in Kansas and you cant speak to anyone. Still need to resolve problem and 24/7 chat isnt. All you get it we are chating with alot of customers today. I cant stay online all day.

Trying to set up account. On call, no person snd mo options applied. What are hours, it doesn’t even tell that !?

Site scanned credit card, I gave code, then nothing happened. Site froze. My friend in needs food money and cant get due to your pia site. Hoping youll contact me, solve and apologize!

I cannot send money to Jamaica

Before I could send money to my family on Jamaica now Jamaica is off the list of countries why This was my main reason for getting this card

No contact from the company at all they are rubbish and clearly don't care about new business. I advise everyone to go elsewhere as there are a few good companies out there.

I totally agree with the reviews I have seen. I applied to use the App put £50 in the account and then they accused me of using the App in an unauthorised manner.. excuse me . what were that talking about and then they immediately closed my account when I still had £50 in it and I had not even used the Application. My advice to people is steer clear of them they are robbers in disguise or take care as they are not to be trusted ! I have used Wise.com who are excellent so there is a good alternative !
