Not as Advertised
It took two attempts at customer support to learn you were experiencing issues with Mastercard payment processing (ability to send money). The first rep could have saved me a lot of time.
Rather then spending significant time online, it would have been better if the rep offered to email back or if the app had the ability to alert customers of service issues so we didnt need to talk to a rep

Contact consumer protection service if the delay is not respected
Just that delay does not make any sense and its now well beyond that with no clear update. Unlike other companies such as LemFi, which resolve similar issues within hours and offer access to real support staff, this company relies entirely on chatbots that repeat the same responses.
I sent $1,000, and all Ive been told (by an AI agent) is that a specialized department is looking into it with no communication, no reasons, and no follow-up. This lack of transparency and human support is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend using LemFi, where you can speak to an actual person and get reassurance and timely resolutions. I have had the worst experience, I have family waiting for those funds which are still on hold which truly unfair.

Hello.Thank you very much for your concern regarding my issue. I have been their client for 6 years and everything was fine before.
But not this time and Paysend did not solve my problem and I only receive replies from them that they cannot help me. The most offensive thing is that it was a glitch in their program and not my inattention as they claim.

Transfer issues..
I send some amount of money.. unfortunately, I click on traditional transfers actually I should send from fast and easy transfer.
So, that I think it's showing only payment processed in status detail. I waited more than 1weeks but there is no update. Nor my transfers is being sent nor decline.
If you can please I want to cancel and get refund...my money. Thank you.
