Dear Pay Send, In August, I made some transactions using Pay Send. I sent money twice through Pay Send.
Then, the third time, I sent money through Pay Send from Millennium Bank. After the third transaction, I noticed in my Millennium Bank account that there were 412pln. However, I didn't know where these came from. I thought Millennium Bank had given them to me.
It turns out something happened with Pay Send instead.
I wrote an email to Millennium Bank and called them, but they said that the money didn't come from their bank. They didn't give me any money. They mentioned that something happened with Pay Send.
I sent the money to my cousin, but I'm not sure what happened after that. Can you please try to explain this to me?

I was served well, my problem was solved well. I had sent money to a wrong wallet number.
I realised it the following way when the right recipient hadn't gotten the money. I sent an email immediately to paysend and was replied instantly. They asked for my details and provided them immediately. After three working days my money was deposited back on my account.

I sent it to a wrong number and called Airtel customer care and secured it. However, I wrote a mail to Paysend to reverse the payment but am still waiting.
When will I get back my money?
The delay annoyed me and scared me away from continuing to use Paysend because in the case of any problems, they don't resolve it in time. Thank you.

I made a transaction on Paysend but it wasn't with the right person. I requested them to cancel my transaction because it was mistakenly sent to the wrong person. The Paysend team didn't do anything and had successfully completed my transaction, and I lost my 500 dollars.

I am undergoing an exceptionally long delay of a transfer through Paysend.
My payment was processed on 28 Aug. but the money has not been sent until now, 17 Sept.
As many as 20 days have already passed without any results.
I raised this issue many times over the last two weeks through the Paysend apps chatting channel, but failed to get any useful or helpful answer.
They didnt even let me know where the money is now, just repeatedly asked me to wait and wait. They said that there is no compensation policy in place for this kind of exceptionally long delays of transfer with the Paysend at the moment.
I think the Paysend should at least do the two things below for me :
First, the Paysend should let me know where the money is now.
Secondly, if Paysend can not solve the delay within a certain time limit, they should give the money back to my original account first, because I have to get the money available now and I think they can not keep the money so long time.
